The Jingle through Joseph Holiday Sleigh Ride celebration usually occurs during the last week of November and first week of December every year and departs from the La Grande Town Center, with a Imbler pick-up at the Post Office, and the Elgin pick-up at Community Bank. Enjoy a Jingle Snack Pak while viewing "The Wallowa Story". There will be a drawing for gift certificates before each stop.
